DUE DILIGENCE when hiring a property manager in PA. Don’t take anything they say at face value – the waters are infested with sharks. In Pottstown, where there is minimal oversight of the activities of poverty pimps and real estate agents, your ass-ets are on the line. That goes for renters too.

RM421375, of Pottstown, Montgomery County, permanently and voluntarily surrendered his license because he co-mingled deposits, other escrows, or property of another person with the broker’s own funds or property; failed to preserve for three years following its consummation records relating to any real estate transaction; and failed to provide information requested by the Commission within a reasonable time, as the result of a formal or informal investigation.
